Service Route Days
- Monday: Winfield
- Tuesday: Fayette
- Wednesday: Berry
- Thursday: Northport
- Friday: Tuscaloosa
Cleaning Process
- Inspect cans for debris or contents.
- Remove large debris manually if necessary.
- Use high-pressure hot water to sanitize bins inside and out.
- Spray eco-friendly deodorizer.
- Place bin neatly back at customer location.
Before & After Photos
Photos must be taken of every bin cleaned. Technicians should upload photos to the CRM under each appointment.
Service Delays / Misses
In case of weather or access issues, note the appointment as 'Missed' in the CRM and notify the customer via email/text.
Customer Communication
- Always knock before cleaning unless customer is not home.
- Leave a door hanger if customer isn’t present.
- Be courteous and professional at all times.
Safety Requirements
- Wear gloves and closed-toe shoes at all times.
- Follow trailer safety protocols when operating equipment.
- Report all equipment issues to management immediately.
