Service Route Days

  • Monday: Winfield
  • Tuesday: Fayette
  • Wednesday: Berry
  • Thursday: Northport
  • Friday: Tuscaloosa

Cleaning Process

  1. Inspect cans for debris or contents.
  2. Remove large debris manually if necessary.
  3. Use high-pressure hot water to sanitize bins inside and out.
  4. Spray eco-friendly deodorizer.
  5. Place bin neatly back at customer location.

Before & After Photos

Photos must be taken of every bin cleaned. Technicians should upload photos to the CRM under each appointment.

Service Delays / Misses

In case of weather or access issues, note the appointment as 'Missed' in the CRM and notify the customer via email/text.

Customer Communication

  • Always knock before cleaning unless customer is not home.
  • Leave a door hanger if customer isn’t present.
  • Be courteous and professional at all times.

Safety Requirements

  • Wear gloves and closed-toe shoes at all times.
  • Follow trailer safety protocols when operating equipment.
  • Report all equipment issues to management immediately.
